We had our weekly check up today to make sure everything is going well with little Hudson and myself. We get to have another ultrasound on Tuesday to make sure the placenta is healing like it seems and to check Hudson's position. I'm insisting on pictures this time!
The little snot is still sitting sideways so the doctor's main concern was getting us mentally prepared for a C-Section. She said if the babies are still not head down at 36 weeks she always schedules the C-Section (not that we will be here at that point, I get to go home next Friday!), not that Hudson can't still cooperate with us, but the longer we progress the less likely it will be. Thankfully with Aaron being a Chiropractor, we have an ace up our sleeve to try as soon as we get back to Manson (don't worry, I've been assured it's extremely gentle and safe- much, much more so than the procedure the doctors would do, not that they are willing to do it on me).
I'm prepared for that not working either but I think it's a little early to be counting out all possibilities. Our main concern is just making sure Hudson gets here the safest way possible. I'm excited to see his little face. And toes. And fingers. He's going to be so much more than worth all this drama.
