A little late posting this...

We announced it to friends about a month ago but I forgot to post it on the blog. We are pregnant!! We find out in a week and a half if it's a boy or a girl. Hudson, Kassidy and Travis are all insisting it's a girl so we will see :).

 I guilted Mom and Dad into letting me take their pictures while we were on vacation this last week. They were good sports and we got some fun, goofy and sweet ones.

Hudson

Hudson buddy has been sick since yesterday and it makes me all gushy and sentimental. It doesn't help that he turned 4 last week and is really growing up. I'm loving the stage he is in right now. He can communicate what he needs/wants/is thinking and it's so fun! He is also such a sweet and caring boy. At night I lay down with him to put him to sleep and he always asks me "Mommy, are you cold? Do you need some more blanket?" and fixes the blankets so I am covered. During the day he will do the same thing, trying to make sure I'm comfortable and happy. He's turned into a big helper as well, which is very nice.  There are so many Hudson-isms I really do need to start writing them all down. The past few days he's decided he likes to hide in the tiny linen closet and was so excited when his daddy made it more comfortable with a pillow and blanket. He was so proud to show me his "new bed." He will lay there for 15-20 minutes at a time thinking it's the coolest thing ever.
I'm loving my little man.

More Phone Pictures

 I love his cuddles in the mornings. He wakes me up at 8 and we get to hang out together for an hour before anyone else starts to wander downstairs. 

 The only time she was happy at the dentist was looking at her reflection. 

 In Jan/Feb the hotels in Nauvoo are about 50-60% off so we took a quick weekend trip up there. I haven't been to Nauvoo since 2001 and it was awesome. There is a strong pull on my heartstrings there and emotions were closer to the surface than usual. It was a wonderful experience to visit a place with so much church and family history.  

 Love my girl. 

 Kassidy loved this statue. Even as we were walking away, she kept standing there looking at it. Travis had to walk all the way back to get her. 

 When Kassidy does finally wake up and come trotting downstairs with a smile on her face, these two hug like they haven't seen each other for years. 

 Some days it hits me that my baby girl isn't so much of a baby anymore. 

 Impressed with the rearranging in progress. 

The BYU puppy from Uncle Nick still gets lots of cuddles and a daily stroll in the shopping cart.
