Cousins

Hudson loves playing with his cousins and he got lots of time with them tonight. 

This and That

 Our two kids love being around each other and it is perfect when we are in the car and they are strapped down and one (Hudson) can't overwhelm the other (Kassidy) with love and attention. They sit there in the back of the car, just smiling and laughing at each other. 

 I asked little miss Jensley if I could take a picture of her and she said yes, but she wouldn't smile. She likes to play hard to get I guess. 

 When I put Hudson down for a nap he always asks for me to go get Kassidy and lay her down for a nap with him. 99.9% of the time that doesn't happen, usually because I put Kassidy down for a nap right before Hudson. The other day she was awake and he was playing in his bedroom long before nap time so I figured, why not? You can't tell, but Kassi loved it as well. 

 Daddy wasn't making her happy. 

Gettin ready for summer

Our little man found the lavender water we use to spray in his bedroom before bedtime and used it to oil up. He's getting ready to impress the ladies this summer!

Kassidy's 3 Month Pictures

Our little Kassidy is 3 months old already! She is cooing and babbling and smiling a lot. She has an adorable dimple on her right cheek. 

 She is a pretty good sleeper but still won't go to sleep until 2am, which wears her mommy and daddy out. 

 I love seeing more of her personality as she gets older and always look forward to the gummy grins she gives me when I pick her up. She is getting better at rolling from her stomach to her back and also from her back to her side. 

 She didn't have to go to the doctor this month, so we don't have an official weight or length but on our scale she weighed 14.8 pounds. I adore her baby thighs. And feet. And hands. Everything about her, really.

Our little sweetheart is growing like a champ and blessing us with her happy spirit every day. We are grateful to call her "ours"! We love you Kassi lass!

Dinner and Kids

It was girls' night with Carrie tonight and as usual, we loved it! I sure wish we could see her more!

Trav's Motorcycle

Here's Trav's bike plus some cute riders. Don't worry, helmets are worn by everyone who goes on the bike while it actually moves. And while Hud looks like he's trying to pull off the tough biker look with denim and blood on his face, it's really just marionberry jam.

Planes, soccer and cords

Playing outside we saw a plane and Hudson wasn't sure about the loud noises. He had to keep an eye on it.





During ultrasounds Kassidy always had the umbilical cord in her mouth so when I let the charger get too close to her, she got REALLY excited. I felt so bad taking it away.


Happy girl!

Lazy Fridays

HUD wanted to cuddle up in our bed to watch tv this morning.





It's casual Friday....





Someone got in trouble for drawing in the ottoman last night so we've been practicing drawing on paper instead.
