I finally got this family of mine in front of the camera all together. It was last minute and a little chaotic, like most family pictures. We did all choose our own outfits though so I was impressed we were in a similar color wheelhouse even if we are wearing a dozen different patterns.
Kassidy is sweet, forgiving, stubborn and intelligent. If she doesn't know how something works she asks questions and practices until she does. She is also learning how to play the piano. It is so soothing and fun to hear her playing. Kass is amazing at many things, but the best is being a sister. She is so patient and shows interest in whatever her siblings are interested in. I'm proud of this girl.
Sienna is a spitfire. She wants to rule the roost and probably does more than she should. She has learned to project her voice aka she's really loud. There is so much sunshine and energy in her countenance and I love all the cuddles she gives. She adores her older siblings and can count on them to help her out when she needs a hand getting to the M&M's.
I sure love these two. Hudson will often say that he and Travis don't get along but it's the farthest thing from the truth. They are video game buddies, Pokemon pals, the construction crew and our own WWF. We didn't take individual pictures of Hudson last week because he has his own special photoshoot this next week. The kid is turning 8!!!! I'm in shock. He is loving, quirky, loud, fast, bull in a china shop, funny, thoughtful and so very sentimental. Pizza bites, fries, bananas, chocolate smoothies and chocolate macadamia nut clusters from Costco are his favorites.
They have a great make believe partner in their daddy. They've been pretend sword fighting since they could walk.

Some pictures
My kids love posing for pictures and I am ok with that for now.
Hudson lost his top front teeth this year and has grown in an adorable set of adult teeth. Love this stage.
Kassidy's birthday photo shoot wouldn't be complete without stuffed animals and a little tag along adorer.
Dale and Beth came to visit for Sarah's 40th birthday and we loved having them here.
Hudson and Kassidy finally have shoes with shoelaces so are trying to figure out the whole tying shoes thing. I caught them out on the deck trying to teach each other.
