We went for a little drive on Memorial Day and ended up a couple hours away in Chester, IL. Travis' dad has some family roots there and Travis lived there for a little while growing up as well. It was fun to hear his stories of the surrounding areas. Chester is also the hometown of Popeye. This is where Trav gets his muscles. It runs in the family.

This little one was enjoying exploring at the cemetery. This is where Trav's grandparents are buried so we went and left some flowers. They aren't lacking in flowers.
A neighboring headstone had a couple tractors on it (note to self: put toys on headstone) and Hudson had a great time hanging out there. I'm sure they enjoyed his company.
It is so nice to see cemeteries with flowers <3 Also, those covered bridge pictures - swoon!
