Kassidy scared us with a couple seizures on Friday at 11pm . We rushed her to the ER and after having another seizure there they took us to a Children's Hospital in St. Louis. Well, after they struggled for two hours to get an IV in her. She was fighting, impressing them with her strength and it took six different locations before they found a vein. It was rough.
We are going back to the neurologist this week and getting some tests run on her little brain. Hopefully that will rule out some of the more scary possibilities. Kassidy is almost back to her happy self again so we are relieved and delighted about that.
Grandma caught a plane out to see us when she found out about Kassidy and it has been WONDERFUL having her here.
Hudson has strep and is being his usual ornery self. He doesn't get it from his mom at all.
Grandma was worried Kassidy wouldn't remember her. Does this look like a girl who doesn't know her Grandma?

Oh, golly. :- ( Seizures are never fun news. Here's hoping for a quick diagnosis and efficacious medicine. Keppra has been Jordan's best option.
