1st Solo Attempt at Canning

I have only canned with Grandma Helen and even then my job was to clean the rim of the jars so canning has always kinda intimidated me. Well not anymore!


I got 8 quarts of apple pie filling and 9 quarts of peaches. I'm definitely nesting.

    Shouldn't you get credit for the first 4 qts you thought you bungled that really didn't? They look great.

    Great job Lindz! They look wonderful! so nesting...I noticed in another post you referenced a little one, so my guess is you are expecting again... :) Just so you know, we are going to be in town for Christmas, and this time I sure hope I get to see you!!!! :)
