One Month!

The blue and yellow plaque is showing he is 1 month old. Travis couldn't figure it out so

Little Hudson is already a month old. It is so fun to see him grow! He can make eye contact now and follow me with his eyes. He absolutely loves looking at things that have contrasting colors (which makes sense considering how his eyes are developing), like his crib slats against the wall and light coming in the windows. We were able to see his first smiles (while awake!) and we are excited for when they are more frequent. Hudson is filling out and I'm loving kissing on his chubby cheeks. He only cries when he's hungry, tired, or gassy...so we use the process of elimination a lot. Nighttime has shown us he favors his daddy's sleeping schedule. He'll go to sleep at 4am and sleep until 1pm, waking up in between to eat of course.  Lately he's been looking like an old man because he lost the hair on the top of his head but still has all the hair on the sides. It's adorable. Basically, we love our little guy.
